❤️ Looks cute, tastes like home. These tiny gimbap rolls are easy, charming, and way too fun to eat.
They’re just seasoned rice and seaweed, really — but with a ribbon of ham on top, they turn into something you’d want to pack as a gift.
Sometimes, the tiniest bites bring the biggest smiles.

🏡 Intro
There’s nothing particularly fancy about this gimbap.
A third bowl of rice. One sheet of seaweed. A few slices of sandwich ham.
But when you curl the ham like a flower and stick it on top —
suddenly, it becomes a snack worth showing off.
The salt and sesame oil in the rice bring the comfort.
The ham brings the fun.
The cute picks? They bring the wow.
We only made six. Just one each.
Aww… not enough. But that’s kind of the charm, right?
Great for kids, picnics, or just something sweet in the lunchbox.

🧑🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the rice with sesame oil and salt. Set aside.

4️⃣ Spread a thin layer of rice over one piece of seaweed.
5️⃣ Cut the rice-covered sheet in half.
6️⃣ Remove the pick and place the flower ham on the center of the rice.
7️⃣ Carefully roll up the gimbap around the ham.
8️⃣ Repeat to make 3 mini rolls total.
9️⃣ Slice each roll in half.
🔟 Decorate the ham top and flat side with cute picks or toothpicks.
💡 Tips
🔹 Use chopsticks as a guide to keep the ham cuts even. Or just eyeball it — it still works.
🔹 No cooking needed. Just pre-sliced ham and ready-made seaweed.
🔹 Make it pretty. Pick colors and shapes that pop.
🔹 Tastes great warm or chilled. Makes a sweet lunchbox surprise.
