❤️ It’s warm and melty. Ridiculous on paper — but way too fun to ignore.
No crust to bite. No rules to follow.
Just slice, shape, and smother in cheese.

🏡 Intro
This started as a quick snack for the kids.
Just a frozen hotdog and some mozzarella — barely cooking, really.
But with one extra step, it turned into something special.
Cut, fan, cheese, and bake. That’s the whole story.
The trick is to slice carefully, not all the way down.
Then open it like a leaf.
It bakes into a gooey, stretchy, pull-apart treat.
Looks cool. Tastes even better.
📋 Ingredients (Serves 4)
✅ Frozen sausage hotdogs – 4 pcs
✅ Mozzarella cheese – 2 handfuls (shredded)
✅ Ketchup – zigzag across the top
🧑🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Microwave the hotdogs for 3 minutes to soften.
2️⃣ Gently twist and pull out the sticks without breaking the shape.
3️⃣ Slice each hotdog evenly, stopping before cutting through the bottom.
4️⃣ Fan out the slices in a zigzag pattern on a tray.
5️⃣ Drizzle ketchup across the top.
6️⃣ Cover with lots of shredded mozzarella cheese.
7️⃣ Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes.
8️⃣ Serve warm and pull apart. Don’t wait too long — the cheese loves to stretch while it’s hot.
📌 Note:
The cleaner the cut, the cleaner the pull.
Don’t rush the knife — that zigzag pattern is the charm.
It looks better when it’s not perfect.
💡 Tips
🔹 Use gloves to remove the sticks without squeezing the bread.
🔹 The cleaner the cuts, the neater the leaf.
🔹 Stack more cheese than you think you need.
🔹 And if it gets messy? That’s fine — kids don’t care how pretty it is.
🔹 Still great cold if packed for a picnic.
