❤️ Light, salty, and full of protein.
A bibimbap bowl shaped like a wreath — stacked with greens, egg, roe, and sticky natto.

🏡 Intro
On days when you’re tired.
You just want something fresh and filling — but not too heavy.
That’s where this comes in.
A wreath of baby greens, a warm egg in the center, salty roe scattered like petals,
and natto pulling everything together.
Top it with roasted seaweed, and the day starts over.
It’s protein-rich, refreshing, and kind of beautiful, too.
📋 Ingredients (Serves 1)
✅ Warm cooked rice – 1 bowl
✅ Baby greens vegetables – 1 handful
✅ Mentaiko (spicy pollack roe) – 1 tbsp (cut with scissors)
✅ Natto – 1 pack
✅ Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
✅ Fried egg – 1
✅ Seasoned seaweed – to taste
🧑🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Place warm rice in the center of a shallow bowl.
2️⃣ Arrange baby greens around the rice in a wreath shape.
3️⃣ Add a sunny-side-up egg on top of the rice.
4️⃣ Scatter the mentaiko over the greens like flower petals.
5️⃣ Spoon the natto next to the egg.
6️⃣ Drizzle with sesame oil.
7️⃣ Serve with roasted seaweed and mix before eating.
💡 Tips
🔹 Cut the roe with scissors — it’s faster and cleaner. (Very Korean style.)
🔹 Mixing with seasoned seaweed adds extra umami and texture.
🔹 Best served immediately while the egg is warm and yolky.
🔹 Great for recovery meals — protein, fiber, and flavor in one.
