Spicy, bold, and surprisingly smooth.
This OTOKI (OTTOGI) Yeul Ramen gets an upgrade — with soft tofu, eggs, and a whole lot of black pepper.

Intro
This one’s hotter than it looks.
Even spice lovers might pause for a second —
but don’t worry. The tofu and egg mellow it out just enough.
I start with Yeul Ramen.
I add garlic and chili flakes to give the broth some real depth — heat that lingers.
Then I drop in soft tofu like clouds, and finish with barely-cooked yolks.
That black pepper? It’s not just a sprinkle. It wakes the whole thing up.
It neutralizes the smell, sharpens the flavor, and somehow brings it all together.
Feeling tired? Sweaty? Sluggish?
This bowl is the reset button.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
✅ Yeul Ramen – 4 pack
✅ Soft tofu – 1 full pack
✅ Minced garlic – 2 tbsp
✅ Korean chili powder – 2 tbsp
✅ Egg – 4
✅ Black pepper – generous amount, to taste
✅ Water – 2 L
Instructions
1️⃣ Bring 2L of water to a boil and add the ramen soup bases.
2️⃣ Add minced garlic and Korean chili powder.
3️⃣ Drop in the noodles and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4️⃣ Add the soft tofu gently on top.
5️⃣ Once boiling again, crack in 4 eggs (don’t stir).
6️⃣ Cook on high heat for 1 more minute.
7️⃣ Sprinkle black pepper over the top and serve immediately.
Tips
🔹 Always cook on high heat — don’t lower the flame.
🔹 Add the eggs last and don’t stir — you want them barely cooked.
🔹 Don’t be shy with black pepper. It ties everything together.
🔹 Tofu + yolk + spice = deep flavor without the burn.
