Need a quick and healthy rice bowl?
This bibimbap combines crunchy young lettuce, fermented kimchi, and salty olives – balanced perfectly with rich sesame oil.
All done by hand in under 5 minutes!
🧂 Ingredients (1 serving)
✅ 1 bowl warm cooked rice (about 200g)
✅ 1 handful young lettuce (30g)
✅ ½ handful chopped leaf mustard kimchi (or scallion kimchi)
✅ 4~5 pickled olives (sliced)
✅ 2 tbsp sesame oil
📌 All ingredients go in raw – no heat required!
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Add rice to a mixing bowl.
2️⃣ Add kimchi, lettuce, and olives on top.
3️⃣ Drizzle sesame oil generously.
4️⃣ Put on gloves and mix everything by hand!
✔️ Optional: use a spoon if preferred.
