🧂 Ingredients (1 serving)

✅ 1 bowl warm cooked rice (about 200g)
✅ 1 handful young lettuce (30g)
✅ ½ handful chopped leaf mustard kimchi (or scallion kimchi)
✅ 4~5 pickled olives (sliced)
✅ 2 tbsp sesame oil

📌 All ingredients go in raw – no heat required!

2️⃣ Add kimchi, lettuce, and olives on top.
3️⃣ Drizzle sesame oil generously.
4️⃣ Put on gloves and mix everything by hand!
✔️ Optional: use a spoon if preferred.

💡 Tips

🔹 Lettuce can be sliced for even flavor or torn for crunch.
🔹 Olives should be pickled – not olive oil!
🔹 Go heavy on sesame oil for a bold nutty flavor.
